It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (20) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a gel bait to the cracks and crevices around kitchen counter to help battle ants. I placed 3 large exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home and 6 smaller stations inside. 1 under kitchen trash bin, 3 in garage, and 2 in basement closet areas. Glue traps also placed in these areas to help collect various insects. I inspected for any possible entry points. I recommend sealing up around AC unit line. Lastly, I removed any visible/reachable spider webs around the home. Please allow up to 10-14 days for optimal results. Please call us after Barn house is finished to install termite

Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I started by inspecting perimeter of home for signs of yellow jacket nests finding none at this time. They are foraging berry bush in back of home near deck. When agitated yellow jackets fly past pool area towards tree line. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I inspected remaining termite monitoring station showing no activity and replaced three missing stations. I also replenished the exterior rodent bait stations showing moderate activity on left side of garage and heavy activity in back of home. Carefully avoiding personal items and flowering plants I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests trying to enter. please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. For any other pest concerns feel free to contact the office. Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with both of you today. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. We treated two yellow jackets nests in the yard with a liquid residual. This treatment can take up to a week to take full effect. We use a copper mash and sealed up one possible rodent entry point around the foundation out of the house. We had a mouse bait stations to the basement and the garage and also an exterior rodent bait station on the backside of the house. No termite activity was detected so we installed four termite monitors around the outside of your home. We removed some of the old mouse bait stations and added some new ones to the basement. No road activity was detected in the basement or in the garage. We refreshed the rodent bait stations are running outside that did show signs of rodent activity.
